Massage can be a very personal and intimate space, and I was very uncomfortable just choosing a random business in the phone book. I didn't just want to relax; I had aches and pains that came with performing 8x/ week. I needed a real therapist, not to just be rubbed on. Remember also, I'm an out-of-town actor, with very little time. Also, I wanted a male therapist, which were very difficult to find in the past.
10 years later, Q's Mobile Massage LLC was born in Columbus Ohio, January 2016.
Currently, Michael Q's NYC Massage and Bodywork is based out of New York City.

In April 2016, Michael Quinichett graduated Summa Cum Laude in Western Massage Therapy at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. This program included class instruction pertaining to Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology.
Additional certifications in both Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point/Myofascial Release) and advanced study in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Lar Thanakrit Khamtanong, a professor at the renowned International Thai Massage School (ITM).
Lastly he's a big proponent of Continuing Education, having taken classes led by renown leaders in the physical therapies such as Dr. Joe Muscolino, Ruth Werner, Robert Gardner, and Tom Myers.
